（中央社記者楊淑閔台北18日電）農委會農糧署副署長陳俊言表示，9日獲悉有混米案，10日送驗雲林縣張農產加工廠標示產地「臺灣」的「尖糯米」，包含長及圓糯米，今天確認混進口米，至少罰新台幣200萬元。
陳俊言說，農糧署每月抽檢市售食米，9日獲訊得知市面上有販售混米的事，經查確認是雲林縣張農產加工廠供應給桃園市嘉禾碾米工廠的產品，產地標示「臺灣」，品名是「尖糯米」，包含長糯米及圓糯米產品，都是30公斤裝的。
他說，10日抽檢後送驗品種DNA，18日DNA檢驗報告出爐，查出有混米或全數為未知品種，即有混進口米的情形發生。
他重申，已經派員會同政風單位進一步查察，圓糯米是包粽子用的，長糯米是製作年糕用的，包含多少量流出市面使用、產出商品為何，以及混米品項有多少等，都待確認後回報。
後續懲處，他說，會依「糧食管理法」要求業者立即下架回收，一般情況，業者年營業達100萬元，發生1個品項混米，最低可罰200萬元，若不只1個品項會更高，最多罰1500萬元。
不過，進口米就怕有的國家農藥使用規範比台灣標準低，農藥殘留受關注。陳俊言說，目前沒有，糯米必須脫殼，「應該不會（殘留）」。1040618
